LEADERSHIP TEAM

Rita Sandor

PRESIDENT

-Preside at all Board of Directors Meetings and General Meetings
-Respresent the Club on the Board of Directors of the Riverside County Federation of Republican Women and attend their monthly Board meetings.
-Represent the Club at all conventions of the Federation meetings.
-Abide by other requirements of CNRWF Bylaws

1st VICE PRESIDENT- PROGRAMS

-Responsible for providing speakers and/or programs for specified meetings of the Club
-Serve as President for the remainder of the term should that office become vacant.
-Abide by other requirements of CNRWF Bylaws.

2nd VICE PRESIDENT- MEMBERSHIP

-Responsible for membership promotion throughout the year!
-As the Chariman, create a committee in January to plan the Annual Membership Event.  The Membership Chair could plan other events that would promote membership growth. 
-Submit membership reports by the 5th of every month.
-Introduce new members at the General Meeting.
-Abide by other duties of the CNRWF Bylaws.

3rd VICE PRESIDENT- WAYS & MEANS

-Responsible for Membership fund-raising throughout the year!

-Create a committee in January and begin working on fund-raising projects.
-Abide by other duties per the CNRWF Bylaws.

TREASURER

-Be custodian of all funds of the Club.
-Keep an accurate account of all monies received and issue receipts, keeping copy of all records.
-Promptly deposit all monies in the bank designated by the Board of Directors
-Disburse funds as directed by the Board of Directors
-Forward membership applications along with a check for per capita dues to the Membership Secretary no later than the first day of the month. Also forward membership information to the President.
-Submit a monthly financial report to the Board of Directors' Meeting
-Make a Financial Report available to the General Meeting
- Abide by other duties of the CNRWF Bylaws.

RECORDING SECRETARY 
-Record the minutes of all Board of Director's Meetings and General Meetings
-Keep a current Board of Directors Roster and call the roll at Board of Directors Meetings
-Send a copy of the minutes to the President within 10 days of each meeting.
-Be a custodian of the papers and records of the Club not specifically assigned to others.
